Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. No-shows, or cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment, will be charged 100% of the total service amount.

We will send multiple reminders as your appointment approaches to ensure you are fully aware that it is upcoming and verify that your schedule still permits the booked hours. Most of our services require many hours including time to source and prepare your hair extensions before you arrive on the day of your appointment. A last minute cancellation or no show results in a total loss of income for your stylist for that day.
